Sandymount Dodder Wheelers is a social, adult only, club with weekday and weekend organised spins. Our aim is to suit every level from a beginner to a more seasoned cyclist. It is important to note that all of our members must first be registered with Cycling Ireland before they can join us on any club spins (Please click the link). It is only possible to join the club if you have Cycling Ireland Membership.
Please then follow the steps:
- Screen 1 : Enter your name, email address and personal password to begin registration.
- Screen 1 : You will then receive a verification code to your email to prove it is you applying.
- Screen 2 : Once entered you will be brought to the next screen. Answer Yes to joining a club.
- Screen 2 : Choose : Province - Leinster, County - Dublin, Club - Sandymount Dodder Wheelers
- Screen 3 : Join under the category of Leisure Membership (then scroll down)
- Screen 3 : Under 'Available Club Products' choose Club Membership #Year
- Screen 4 : Add your personal details, submit them and pay the appropriate fees
The club then receives notification of your impending membership and we will contact you directly regarding our onboarding policies and safety procedures. Further information can be found in our FAQ

We welcome the general public and teach them about the benefits of bicycle riding.
Sandymount Dodder Wheelers is a thriving, vibrant and friendly local cycling club inspiring people to cycle, by making the sport more attractive thus improving the wellbeing of individuals.
But, the best reason of all is the opportunity to connect with other riders. With over 150 members in our club, you are sure to find a group that suits your level. Each ride we undertake indicates the expected pace and distance of the ride.
